Our 2500 m2 is purpose-built for the design, manufacturing and testing of control panels for industrial; instrumentation, electrical control and industrial IT projects.

With almost a quarter of a century experience in manufacturing industrial control panels and custom control system components, Rand Group brings leading technologies together with innovative design, intelligent electrical engineering and rigorous systems testing to deliver consistently high quality automation and integration solutions. Rand Instruments furthermore manufactures custom analyser systems such as complex analyser houses to free standing analyser shelters and free standing field mounted canopies and enclosures, for all industries.

Rand Manufacturing specialises in the design, assembly, installation and commissioning of custom built control panels, electrical distribution boards and HVAC systems for industrial and commercial applications. We are dedicated to providing quality ongoing service and support.

We provide complete engineering of your enclosure package, specifying:

  • Size, material, and mounting
  • Layout
  • Wiring
  • Thermal management
  • Internal safety lockout
  • Ergonomic design

With every control panel, the full package includes:

  • Documentation
  • Panel layout drawings
